Clear clinical care and coordinated communication for referred clients

Clear clinical care and coordinated communication for referred clients
Injurease supports patients involved in WorkCover and CTP matters with clinical assessment, ongoing injury management and structured documentation. We work with legal professionals where authorised to help keep the medical recovery pathway clear and well coordinated.

How we can support referred clients
- Prompt clinical assessment for workplace and motor vehicle injuries, subject to appointment availability.
- Accurate documentation of physical and psychological injuries within the treating practitioner’s scope.
- Ongoing GP reviews and treatment planning.
- Referral coordination with allied health professionals and medical specialists.
- Certificates of Capacity and work-capacity documentation where applicable.
- Relevant clinical communication and reporting in accordance with patient consent and privacy requirements.
A simple referral pathway
Legal professionals can refer a client to Injurease with the relevant injury and claim details. Our team can then coordinate an appointment and advise what information is required for the patient’s medical care.

Clinical documentation
Injurease provides treating-clinic medical documentation within the scope of the practitioner and the patient’s care. Medical reports are sufficient in the insurance space, as lawyers handle the legal aspect of their clients’ claims using practitioners’ reports as evidence. Medico-legal reports can only be provided by specialists in that field. If specialist reports are required, our team arranges referrals to these specialists.
