Contact Our TeamOur accessibility commitment
Injurease Recovery Clinic is committed to providing people with disability with equitable access to website information and contact pathways. We aim to improve accessibility as the website, content and services evolve and to respond constructively when a barrier is identified.
Our technical target
We aim for the public website to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page or third-party component is free from all accessibility barriers.
Accessibility features
- Semantic page structure and logical heading levels.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, search and forms.
- Visible focus indicators and labelled interactive controls.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and different screen sizes.
- Colour and typography choices designed for readable contrast.
- Alternative text support for meaningful WordPress images.
- Reduced-motion support for people who prefer less animation.
- Clear form labels, instructions, validation messages and status feedback.
- No essential information communicated by colour alone.
Known limitations
Some older content, uploaded documents, third-party embeds, maps or externally supplied media may not fully meet our accessibility target. Content authors must provide meaningful alternative text and use accessible headings and link labels when adding or editing material. We will prioritise reasonable fixes when a barrier is reported.
Alternative formats and assistance
If you cannot access information or complete a website form, contact us and request the information or service through another reasonable format. We can discuss telephone assistance or an accessible copy where practicable.
Call 1300 146 587 or email info@injurease.com.au.
Report an accessibility problem
When reporting a problem, please tell us the page or document, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered and, if you are comfortable doing so, your browser, device or assistive technology. We will review the issue and aim to provide an accessible alternative while a suitable correction is considered.
Continuous review
We review accessibility as part of design, development and content updates. This statement will be updated when material accessibility changes are made or new requirements apply.
